The goal of the DUS Diversion Program is to assist individuals that have been charged with driving under suspension or for not having an operator's license to obtain valid privileges or receive a fully valid license.  If the defendant successfully completes the program then the DUS/No OL citation will be dismissed. 

Unfortunately the program is not available for all defendants as some may not qualify to participate due to the complexity of their issues with the Bureau of Motor Vehicles or their previous driving record. 

The Court will inform defendants at the arraignment hearing if they qualify for the program.
